Information on the processing of personal data as per article 13 Legislative Decree 196/2003. Legislative Decree no.196, June 30, 2003 ("Code regarding the protection of personal data") provides for the protection of persons and other subjects during the processing of personal data. Under the legislation, this treatment must be based on principles of fairness and transparency and maintain the protection of your privacy and your rights. Under Article 13 of the law 196/2003, we wish to inform you of the following:

• The information that you provide will be used exclusively for the supply of goods or services or information requested by you; Data will be processed electronically and, if printed:
° the owner and controller of said data is the sole representative of Seven Valves Srl ;
The data collected will not be given to any other persons or companies for any purpose;
• The refusal to disclose ones personal data may cause inability to use services offered herein;
Data will be stored in computer records for this use, as well as on the site server;

Article 7 of Legislative Decree no. No 196, June 30, 2003 - Right to access personal data and other rights:
1. You have the right to obtain confirmation of whether or not personal data concerning yourself has been retained, even if not yet recorded, and the communication of the same in an intelligible form.
2. You have the right to obtain information regarding:
a) the origin of personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of treatment;
c) the logic applied in case of treatment with aid of electronic means;
d) the identity of the owner and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the subjects or categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who may obtain this data as appointed representative of the State managers or agents.
3. You have the right to obtain:
a) the updating, rectification or, when deemed necessary, integration of data;
b) the erasure, anonymization or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data the retention of which is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data was collected and/or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, also as regards their contents, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement is impossible or is manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
4. You have the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons regarding the processing of personal data and pertinent to the purpose of collection;
b) the processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market surveys or commercial communication.
